Entries must be received by July 31 of the current year for the following year's calendars.

Voting will take place later in the summer.

Finished calendars will be available in December.

.jpeg or .jpg files are preferred.

Please submit original photos at their maximum resolution and original dimension - screen shots, cropped photos, and photos that have been reduced in side may not be suitable for use in the printed calendar. To be used as full page images, photos should be a minimum of 3000 x 2400 px.

ENTRIES

1. Limit of ONE entry per person per category. If additional entries are submitted, they may be eliminated from the contest.
2. Entries must include the photographers name, address, and photo caption (or animal name).
3. If there is a person in the photo, they must be unrecognizable
4. Photos must be original content created by the person entering the contest
5. Contest closes at 12:00 a.m. on August 1.

CONTEST

1. Voting will take place through facebook. All eligible entries will be posted in an album, and placings will be based on the number of likes each photo receives within the eligible voting period.
2. The top 5 Photos will receive a prize, with the 1st place photo in each category being featured on the cover of the calendar.
3. Westlock Vet Center reserves the right to eliminate any photos that do not meet these guidelines, are inappropriate for the category or that are of insufficient quality or size to be published in the calendar.

REGULATIONS

1. By entering the contest, you grant the Westlock Vet Center a non-exclusive right to use the submitted images in any form for any purpose including print materials, advertisements, digital marketing, social media and any other use, in perpetuity.
2. Final results and selection of winners will be at the discretion of the Westlock Vet Center - Calendar Commitee.
